Returns policy

 

If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return the item to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt.  We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination.  Items should wherever possible be returned in their original condition and packaging with an enclosed returns note.

 

If you wish to return the item for a replacement please enclose a note to remind me of your name, full return address and the item you would like, size and colour, if a replacement is unavailable we will refund your order.

If you have received an item that is faulty or not what you originally ordered please contact our customer service team by email at ingrams-stock@hotmail.com or by calling 01798 873796

 

If you are returning a non-faulty item, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.  Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.  We cannot refund items lost in the post.

 

International returns

If you are returning goods from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods' or similar.  If you parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge is levied, we will refuse the payment and the package will be returned to you.  Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our goods.

 

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact our customer service team by email at ingrams-stock@hotmail.com we will advise and assist you with your return.

 

Refund process

Please allow 7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund or exchange.  Once a refund is processed please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to clear into your account.  This time frame is dictaed by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.  Your refund will be credited to the same card or payment method with which you made your original purchase.

 

We do not charge any restocking fees.

 

Postage Charges

 

Goods dispatched within the UK are sent by Royal Mail signed for if you require a next day Courier delivery service is available for an additional £10 this is a UK only service

 

Standard Postal Service for Worldwide is charged at the following and goods are sent International signed for £9.99

By credit & debit cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards by calling 01798 873796.  

 

We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.
